The Shop was set
up in 1961. It is a comprehensive printing shop under CCII. It
is a designated printing enterprise at state level for
publication of books and journals. It was one of the top 10
enterprises in quality control in Beijing in years of 1995,
1977, 1998 and 1999. The advantages of the shop are large size,
advanced equipment, strong technical force, superior geographic
condition and convenient transport facilities.
In the recent years, the shop has expanded steadily. The
floorage is 11,000m2. It has around 300 employees. Of which, the
senior and junior engineers and technicians account for 75% of
the total. It has set up a Sino-Japanese JV company, Chanying
Color Printing Co. Ltd.
The policy for development of the shop is "Enhanced management,
quality first, guaranteed printing cycle and satisfactory
service". The complete QC and management systems have made that
the product quality is always up to or exceed the figures
specified by Standards of State Administration of Press and
Publication and of Beijing Municipality as well. Some books were
appraised as "Excellent Products of SAPP" and of "Excellent
products of Beijing" every year. |
