Delegates at home and abroad are welcome to submit papers. The abstract, not more than 400 characters, should be submitted no later than September 1, 2004. The Organizing Committee of the Symposium will review the abstracts and notify the authors, if the abstract is accepted. All the papers should be submitted to the Organizing Committee either by email or fax before October 1, 2004. Papers submitted within the specified time period will be included and published in the proceedings.
