First Announcement and Call for Papers
"The
5th International Symposium on Coalbed Methane/Coal Mine Methane
in China" will be held from November 30, 2005 to Decemeber 1,
2005 at Kunlun Hotel in Beijing, China, copsonsored by China State
Administration of Coal Mine Safety and US Environmental Protection
Agency, organized by China Coal Information Institute. The 2-day
symposium will be followed by "International Methane to
Markets Partnership" Regional Workshop on December 2, 2005.
As an important event in CBM/CMM sector, "The 5th
International Symposium on CBM/CMM in China" has become a
platform for promoting CBM/CMM development through strengthening
the technical and economic cooperation in CBM/CMM recovery and
utilizaton at home and abroad. The Symposium will provide
opportunities for more extensive and direct exchange among Chinese
and foreign governmental departments, international financial
organizations, and the companies from coal, CBM, petroleum,
electricity and geology industries. You and your colleagues are
